My mission is to help new parents feel empowered and supported throughout their pregnancy journey so they can live their best lives possible.
I am a mother of three, and have over 13 years of experience working with families and children in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. I’ve helped thousands of expecting families through pregnancy and I’ve been on the front lines to supportnew parents during their postpartum recovery. Along with working privately with clients as well as at yoga studios and community centers, I’ve been teaching and managing the Childbirth Education department at a Johns Hopkins hospital for the past 7 years.
My qualifications and certifications include Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Prenatal/Postnatal/Baby/Children’s Yoga Instructor, Baby Sign Language instructor, Babywearing Instructor, Inpatient Breastfeeding Specialist, and NLP Coach specializing in helping pregnant people and families through the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.
I believe that every parent deserves the best support possible during pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. After moving to teaching virtually during the pandemic, I have been able to tailor each and every one of my offerings to be a comprehensiveonlineclass.
Whether you’re just browsing for resources or looking for moresupport on your birthing and parenting journey, I’m so happy you’re here!
